
CASE Etteplan: Reshaping company culture through new values
In 2024, Etteplan launched a new brand and company values. With the help of brand and value ambassadors they promoted these values across 4000 employees in eight countries. Etteplan partnered with Grape People to train the ambassadors and senior management. Grape People provided workshops, training sessions, and templates to ensure consistent facilitation of value workshops. The impact included managers having a shared language for the values, increased awareness among employees, and ambassadors gaining facilitation skills. Employee engagement surveys confirmed a shift from value awareness to incorporating values in daily actions.
